We Need You Now More Than Ever!

Established in 1926, Greenville Theatre is the oldest and largest producing theatre in the Upstate.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the theatre relies on the generosity of our community to make each season possible.

Covid-19 Shutdown Recovery Donations

It's hard to put a dollar amount on the losses amassed during the coronavirus shutdown. All ticket revenues - representing 70% of our operating budget - were lost beginning March 17, 2020. As of now, we are depending on donations and cash reserves to pay our bills. Because we are a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is tax-deductible and it will go a long way in helping us as we seek to be in the best position possible once we reopen. We are eagerly anticipating the day when we can do our part in kick-starting our local economy by offering entertainment and employment opportunities. A donation receipt will be sent to your email address. You may use the buttons for an online donation, or you can mail a check to the address shown below.

Adopt A Seat

Make a fully tax-deductible contribution of $250 and receive a plaque with your name on it attached to the arm of the seat you adopt.

Invest in the theatre with a lasting tribute.

All donations may be made In Memoriam or In Honor of a loved one.

Project Donations

Donations designated for special projects provide an opportunity to fulfill a specific need.  Donations of all sizes are needed and naming opportunities are available for major projects.  Some projects that need funding are a new sound system, green room remodel, and donations towards our educational outreach program, GT on Tour.

If you have an interest in funding a major project, please contact Emily Dymski at (864) 233-6238 or emily@greenvilletheatre.org.

Any amount is appreciated!

If you would prefer to mail a check, please send it to:
