Donations and Memorials
Established in 1926, Greenville Theatre is the oldest and largest producing theatre in the Upstate.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the theatre relies on the generosity of our community to make each season possible.
General Donations
As a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization, Greenville Theatre relies on the generosity of our patrons through tax-deductible donations to produce the theatre that you love. As an nonprofit organization, Greenville Theatre strives to inspire, educate, entertain, and connect our community through necessary art and storytelling. Our theatre is made by Greenville, for Greenville. We are honored to be amongst the many wonderful nonprofit organizations in the Upstate.

Memorials
Remember someone special with a donation that commemorates their love of Greenville Theatre. Your donation will provide operational support so others may enjoy the theatre just as your loved one did. We will send a note to the family of your loved one to inform them of your thoughtful contribution.​​
Adopt-A-Seat
Make a fully tax-deductible contribution of $250 and receive a plaque with your name on it attached to the arm of the seat you adopt.
Adopt-a-seat is a great gift for a theatre lover who has it all, or as a meaningful memorial for a loved one. Invest in the theatre with a unique and lasting tribute.
Educational Outreach Donations
Our mission is to bring high-quality, professional theatre to young audiences of all ages and backgrounds and to instill a lifelong appreciation of arts in the young generation. Since 2000, Greenville Theatre on Tour has inspired over 230,000 elementary students through the magic of live theatre. We bring shows directly to the school, eliminating the need for field trip details and buses. Donations towards GT on Tour provide necessary funding for the set, costumes, and transportation.

Project Donations
Donations for projects of all sizes are needed and naming opportunities are available for major projects. Some projects that need funding are a new sound system, green room remodel, and overarching sponsorship of our educational outreach program, GT on Tour.
